Reasonable but does not cater for vegetarians.

The hotel is fine, rooms clean and comfortable. Our booking for two single beds hadn’t been passed to the hotel so we were told we had to have a double. I made it clear this wasn’t acceptable so they separated the beds, meaning a 10 minute wait, but the right result in the end. We needed to leave early for a running event but were told that we couldn’t have breakfast until 0830. It turned out that this was because of another group. The second day, the menemen (eggs dish) had sucuk (sausage) in it. This is NOT normal for menemen. When I explained that we were vegetarian and asked if plain eggs or menemen without sausage was possible I was told no. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable but I get the impression that they deal with group bookings and just fill rooms ad hoc through Hotels.com. They were not interested in accommodating our (not unreasonable) requests.

Geldiğimizde iki çocuk karşıladı bizi 😖 Oda temiz ve kullanışlı fakat ışık sistemi ve prizler biraz sıkıntılı, Jacuzi bozuktu ve bunun için indirim yaptı işletmeci. konum olarak merkeze baya mesafeli ve parking mevcut değil ( sokakta bulduğunuz yere park ediyorsunuz) Süper değildi ama çok berbat da sayilmaz , biraz daha ciddi ve düzenli bir ekip olursa daha iyisini yapabilirsiniz diye düşünüyorum.

Her şey mükemmeldi, gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim! Cihan Bey’e ve tüm çalışan arkadaşlara içten teşekkür ederim. Güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve ilgili bir ekip vardı. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Odalar tertemizdi, her şey özenle hazırlanmıştı. Terasın manzarası ise gerçekten nefes kesiciydi gün batımı inanılmazdı. Gece yıldızları izleyip keyifli vakit geçirdik… hepsi ayrı güzeldi. Otel merkezi konumda, her yere ulaşım çok kolay. Ürgüp’e gitmek isterseniz yarım saatte bir minibüsler kalkıyor ve çok rahat bir şekilde ulaşabiliyorsunuz. İyi ki gelmişim diyorum ve mutlaka tekrar geleceğim. Böyle güzel bir deneyim yaşattığınız için tekrar teşekkür ederim.
