Stayed for the long weekend and really enjoyed it. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. Incredible views of the Hood Canal and Olympics through the front windows. Several good restaurants in town and close to plenty of hikes in/around Olympic National Park.

Other than the alarm going off upon arrival and entering the code, it was a wonderful, relaxing stay and I hope to do it again someday!

This was our second stay at this A-frame in Union and we will definitely be back again. Last time we were here we couldn't enjoy the hot tub because there was a security light that came on at night, this time it was covered so we were able to enjoy the night sky and have a great soak. The hot tub had a few floaties in it but not too bad.Bathroom sheets kitchen all were impeccable no dust anywhere, no hairs found. Really well kept.The house is always very clean and quiet. Very grateful to have found this place. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.

Excellent spot!

We couldn’t believe that we had found this perfect, pristine spot at the end of a country road. Suddenly all our stress went away. Jaw dropping views of the water and mountains, a very quiet comfortable home. Who could ask for more? It snowed while we were there! definitely return.

Overall stay was in a good location to what we wanted to do also had a bathroom for every room which was great for 2 couples. Cleanliness was the biggest issue (body hair found on towels, bedding and shower), dust/ dead insects on window sill that was right aligned the head of the bed. Also appeared what seemed like vomit residue splashed from toilet onto toilet paper residing next to toilet down stairs.

Easy and early check in!

Overall stay here went well! Tenants pay attention to guest’s interests and provided more than enough accommodations (shampoo/ new sponge/ dish soap etc). Owners listened to concerns expressed and apologized for any issues and were quick to respond back. House cleaners could do a better job as body hair was found on bed sheets and towels. Also didn’t have much privacy with the gardeners present 1 day and construction being done 7am in the morning…

Beautiful Home, highly monitored

The home is beautiful, but the owner is obsessed with monitoring the cameras. I wasn't able to relax not knowing where or how many there are. One points at and into the front door and kitchen. They will threaten to make you leave without a refund. I would never stay at this place. It was like a pretty prison.

Hood Canal Gem

Wonderful home with spectacular views of Hood Canal as well as most of the Olympic Mountain Range. This B&B is a “cut above the rest”…no doubt. The home is comfy with a well-stocked kitchen and a beautiful, roomy deck to sit out and enjoy the beautiful view and sunsets. The cute “half bath” under the stairs allows for each bedroom to have their own privacy. The home is nicely decorated and has very comfy beds and linens. The Union area has such a nice small town “country” feel, yet still offers many activities (golf, beach access, hiking, etc.) and dining options. There are many great musicians in this town and the live music offered at many places is excellent! This is a great place to come and relax and “get away”…. We will definitely be back!

Nicely appointed home with “all windows” in front…allowing for a perfect opportunity to enjoy the fantastic views of both Hood Canal and the Olympic Mountain Range (including all the foothills)! The view from the master bedroom (upstairs) is the perfect setting for a morning cup of coffee and “easing into a relaxing day”. The neighborhood is quiet and very “countrylike”. This home is very well stocked and has good quality items that many B&B’s do not have. The proximity to Alderbrook Golf Course and Restaurant as well as the Union Marina and store(s) make this location ideal. The 2 Margaritas restaurant (excellent Mexican food) is just down the hill. Also, the beautiful Alderbrook Spa & Resort is 5 minutes down the road. But the amazing views are what separate this property from others that we have stayed at! Stunning! Beautiful home and a great “value”!

Spacious and a Great View

The house is really open, with tons of kitchen equipment/utensils/etc, and large windows. Getting there was easy and had great access to hikes around the Hood Canal. The windows face the street and neighbors across the way, and the loft is visible even with the blinds pulled, so it's not the most private though (upstairs).

Epic View

My wife and I wanted to slip away for 3 days and just relax, we have been working on her late mothers estate and just needed a break. This home offered the tranquility we were looking for. The Views are Epic ! The snow capped Olympics, the Hood Canal and the wildlife. We had a great brunch at Hook & Fork which is a short drive from the house. We hope to stay there again and do a bit more exploring.

Superb Views-Quiet and Peaceful

This house has everything you need to relax in comfort. Beds are very comfortable! Large tub on main floor is great for soaking. The view is spectacular. So much so, we came right back. The only drawback is the workers setting off the alarm notification in and out of the garage on this trip. Otherwise, would give 5 stars again. Food choices are limited, nearby grocery stores are in Belfair or Shelton, bring food with you unless you really like mediocre Mexican food. The kitchen has everything you need to make your favorite foods. The Union City Market Hook and Fork does amazing things to Oysters-recommend the Marketfeller preparation. Only open Thursday-Monday until 6 ish. Definitely going to return with my family. House 5 stars View 5 stars Amenities of property 5 stars Peace and Quiet normally 5 stars if the landscape crews are not there… This time 4 stars.

Wonderful views

Great place with comfortable beds, cozy living room, great kitchen and accessories. Some spices would have made it excellent. Small point regarding the upstairs bathroom, it could use frosted glass or curtain. The neighbors have a pretty good view. As previous guests have noted, the last hundred meters of road access to the property is in terrible shape. A car may have trouble on it.

Chemical sensitivity person, safe and serene

I’m highly chemically sensitive with multiple chemical sensitivities. I needed a last minute retreat to rest and recover. This home totally fit the bill. It was chemically safe, and very peaceful. I was able to enjoy the view from this lovely home and large deck, along the south shore of the Hood Canal. The bed I slept in was very comfortable. The bathtub is extra large and enjoyed a long soak. The kitchen is large, open, and perfect for entertaining. I would love to visit again; alone or with additional guests.
