Die sehr grosse und voll möblierte Loft Aartment befindet sich in einem Wohnhaus im Innenstadtbereich. Es ist maximal für eine Belegung mit 4 Personen geeignet. (4 Erwachsene oder 2 Kinder unter 2 Jahren im Reisebett) Hier ist Arbeiten und Wohnen möglich. Als Condo direkt über dem Dach mit traumhaften Blick auf das Ulmer Münster ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Zur Verfügung stehen: Wohnbereich mit integrierter Küche und Arbeitsbereich, und ein Schlafzimmer mit integriertem Badezimmer. Beide Zimmer sind durch eine Glastür getrennt, die abgeschlossen werden kann. Ein Industrie Loft bedeutet Transparenz. Erwarten Sie bitte keine Wohnung mit abgeschlossenen einzelnen Zimmern. Sollten Sie dies suchen, sehen Sie sich bitte die anderen Apartments an, welche wir anbieten.
