5 bedroom beautiful home in Ulfborg
In the first row houses and only 50 m from the North Sea and the endless beach you will find this large dune farm.
Here is room for the big family. In the main house you can hold family celebrations, the living kitchen is particularly suitable for this. On the first floor is also a game room with pool table. Retreat to the TV room for quiet hours, there is also a crackling fireplace. Another TV room is on the 1st floor. On the floor are also 4 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Around Klitgaarden farm you will experience beautiful nature and the seasons up close. Here you will find silence, you will hear the birds chirping and you will watch the migratory birds. Also experience the rough west wind on the beach. Only 4 km away is Bunker Krylen, a few kilometers further you will find the seaside resort of Søndervig.
Please note that there are two other vacation apartments in the domicile, which are occupied at times. In the same building there are also apartments C05096 and C05396.

Nie wieder Novasol
Das Haus war einfach schmutzig obwohl bei Anreise noch nach der vereinbarten Bezugszeit, die Reinigungskolone im Haus war. Eine halbe Stunde später als vereinbart konnte das Haus bezogen werden und es war einfach überall dreckig. Der Kühlschrank, Kopfkissen die schimmel, dreckige Bäder und unfassbar viele Spinnen und Spinnweben. Diese waren mehrere Monate alt und in jeder Tür zu finden. Die Fenster in den Schlafzimmer 1.OG waren außerdem von außen zugesponnen sodass vorzugsweise diese immer zu blieben. Novasol hat wenig Verständnis gezeigt eine Lösung zu finden und vorgeschlagen alles nach dem Urlaub mit der kundenhotline zu klären. Der Anzeige nach ist das Haus renoviert, aber Teil renoviert wäre großzügig beschrieben. Nie wieder mit Novasol.
