Spend your vacation in our 2017 newly designed, bright and spacious apartment with two bedrooms, living room with open, new kitchen and direct exit to the spacious wooden terrace with partial lake view and mountain panorama.
The apartment has about 85 square meters and is located on the ground floor of a two-family house in the middle of a spacious garden. Living room and both bedrooms are covered with solid oak floorboards. By the 1st Bedroom with a French bed (140 x 200 cm) leads to the 2nd Bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). There is an armchair that can be converted into an extra bed (80 x 200 cm), and the sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed (140 x 200 cm) in just a few steps.
The bathroom with walk-in shower, glass partition, underfloor heating and vanity is as new as the separate toilet.
The kitchen, which is open to the living room, is very well equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven / microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle as well as a fridge / freezer and invites you to cook together.
Children are welcome with us and free of charge for four adults up to 16 years. High chair and travel cot can be provided on request. When occupying more than 4 people aged 16 and over, we charge an additional fee of € 20 per person. and night
The spacious garden with barbecue area (gas grill) and large wooden terrace is on the south side of the house and offers a wonderful view of the mountains and Lake Constance.
There is a garage behind the house to accommodate cars, bicycles or motorbikes. Another parking space is directly at the house.
