The staff and room were superb, the staff were extremely kind. We stayed for both arriving flights after a late night arrival and before an early morning departure four or five days later. Totally worth it to recover from a long flight before picking up a rental car the next day and not have to arrive and return the rental on an early morning.

We stayed one night at the Hotel Nikko Kansai before our early morning flight. The hotel is very convenient for that purpose. The hotel was clean, the staff were courteous and helpful. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean and efficient. We found that there are limited dining options in the hotel.

Excellent location right at Terminal 1 of the airport. Multiple food options within the building as well that are even open pretty late if you have a late arrival. We decided to stay here our first night instead of Osaka sense we landed close to midnight and it's atleast an hour commute by train into the city once you get to your hotel, etc. Would highly recommend this hotel in that situation and just head out in the morning. Hotel was very reasonably priced. Only complaint would be the Air Conditioning, for our particular room it barely worked and the room never cooled down during our night there.

I highly recommend this hotel for people arriving in the evening to KIX to stay here for the night and be refreshed. They have luggage delivery also. The room is very spacious, very clean, very comfortable, the amenities are excellent, free minibar. I really love this hotel. I will book it again on my future trips.

Very convenient location at KIX airport. Coming from international arrivals it is right through the train station at aero plaza, maybe a five minute walk. We stayed here for one night after our flight was massively delayed and immigration took roughly 3 hours. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very spacious and overall we had a very good stay.
