Excellent and very kind staff. The room we had was spacious and the beds were comfortable. My room was very quiet even though the hotel is attached to Kansai airport. I only know a few words of Japanese but the staff easily communicated with me in English. I would definitely stay here again. A Lawson store us conveniently next to the hotel, as are several restaurants.

We stayed at this hotel for our 1-day layover. The location was so convenient. The train station is right in front of the hotel as well, making transportation to the city easily accessible. The breakfast buffet at Hotel Nikko Kansai was excellent--one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. I would stay here again. Highly recommend.

This lovely hotel is right at the airport. Follow signs in English to "Hotels". I arrived in the early evening, but bound for Kyoto. I was glad to just walk through the terminal to this hotel. It was enchanting - very small rooms but with conveniences you've never even thought of (it was my first time in Japan). Not to mention the wonderful toilets!!! It was also one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed in even though my room looked out on one of the runways of Kansai Osaka - two sets of double paned windows with about 8" of buffer between. I highly recommend a stay here!
