Mini Bar Incident
During checkout, the staff member who inspected our room insisted that we had consumed their pistachios. Despite our clear denial, she wouldn’t let it go until we paid for them. This felt like an accusation of dishonesty. Considering the cost of the stay, it’s absurd to think we would lie over something so minor. Eventually, after speaking with management, they offered to refund us. However, we had already left, and it was never about the money—it was about integrity. If you don’t plan to use the minibar, I highly recommend requesting its removal upon check-in to avoid any disputes. I was going to give a one-star review, but the management did make an effort to resolve the issue.
