Wonderful and comfortable home!

The home is absolutely adorable! My mother, sister and I were very comfortable here. The location is great! Our favorite feature was the screened in back porch. It was very clean and well appointed. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Trip!

The property was clean and comfortable! Wish it was on the beachfront but it was still very close to them all. We were able to enjoy the screened in porch and our outside visitors - 3 squirrels, a lizard or gecko and a cute black and white cat. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

The house was very close to the beach. We really enjoyed the screened in patio and it allowed us to be able to sit outside unbothered by bugs. The house is decorated very tastefully and it’s in a great location. Would definitely visit and book again.

23rd wedding anniversary 💕

We loved it! The house was beautiful! The screened in porch was a sweet place to eat, connect and recharge! Saturday and Sunday morning walked to the beach, 5 min, and saw the sunrise on the seaboard and dolphins! What a blessing to see G-d's creations! Thank you for letting us stay!

Perfect Location

This house was exactly as posted online. It was meticulously cleaned prior to our arrival. It was well stocked with toilet tissue and paper towels, as well as clean towels for our four night stay. We brought a small wagon with us, and walked the four short blocks to the beach with our chairs, cooler and sunscreen. There were only two items that I feel could be addressed. When we walked in the door, there was a foul smell which I determined was coming from the kitchen sink, or perhaps the garbage disposal. The other item is that I was SO looking forward to sitting in the screened porch in the evenings, but the cushions on the wood furniture did not cushion my behind from the wood. It was like I was sitting in bare wood, quite uncomfortable. So, add new cushions and sanitize the garbage disposal, and you won’t find a better house to stay in. This four night stay and sitting in Tybee’s beautiful beach was the recharge I needed ♥️

Perfect beach getaway!

We were so happy with this lovely house. Extremely clean, comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen (equip/supplies) and great layout for families with kids or a friends’ trip. Screened in porch was phenomenal but the location is really the most amazing thing about this property. Residential and quiet, but a quick 1-3 block walk to a variety of restaurants, a short bike ride to the north end/lighthouse, and less than 5 min walk to public beach access (even dragging stuff and kids). Loved everything about it and would definitely stay there again!

Unforgettable Vacation Stay at Latitude Adjustment Main House :)

Our recent vacation stay, early May 2023, at the Latitude Adjustment Main House, managed by Southern Belle at Tybee Island, was a dream come true. We felt at home and relaxed when we stepped into the cozy cottage. The large screened-in side porch with its many comfortable chairs and the picnic table was appreciated in the evenings as we sat and enjoyed the early Summer air. We were pleased to find all the toiletries provided in the main bathroom, which made our stay easier. The linens were clean and fresh. The tasteful seaside decor, comfortable furnishings, and modern amenities perfectly created a true home away from home. Our vacation stay at the Latitude Adjustment Main House, managed by Southern Belle Tybee Vacation Rentals, was an absolute paradise. The attentive service and the island's natural beauty created an unforgettable experience for my husband and me. We departed with hearts full of gratitude and a deep longing to return. We highly recommend the Latitude Adjustment Main House for an extraordinary getaway on Tybee Island. We cannot wait to return!!

Nice, quaint place to enjoy a getaway

Pros: great location, nice common spaces, plenty of seating at the dining table or outside on the deck, the screened in porch was an amazing place to relax, easy to walk or drive to restaurants and shops, pool access was great, beds were comfy, easy to access beach and off the main highway, kitchen has most everything you need Cons: bathrooms need some updating or modernization (there's a huge patched hole in the shower), minimal closet space (they could be cleaned out with random stuff that is in there), disappointing there was no beach supplies (chairs, beach cart, etc), rooms are small so there's little space for a pack-n-play, dryer took forever to dry a load of clothes Overall we enjoyed our stay. We spent most our time exploring Tybee or out on the porch.

Everything you need!

We loved our stay here! This is a great property. Clean and well maintained. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with a short drive to the beach, restaurants and shops. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance, as well. The communication with the property manager was the best I’ve experienced in any rental situation. Would definitely stay here again!

This house wasn't clean well. The rugs were dirty and the rugs in the rooms were not properly vacuumed. The pictures are perfect, however, the screen on porch furniture cushions were filthy with stains on them. The kitchen could've been better equipped if they had a cutting board and a good pan for eggs. If you like to iron your clothes as we do, bring your own iron. The ironing board is of very poor quality as well. We contacted management to address some repairs that needed to be done. The shower light was coming out of the ceiling, therefore we were afraid to use running water and couldn't use the second shower. The location of this house was great and within walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. The outdoor shower was very useful. The pool is within driving distance not walking, therefore we didn't use it and enjoyed the beach instead. We really enjoyed the stay on Tybee and will definitely be back, but perhaps using different rentals

Adorable cottage easy walk to 2nd Street Beach Access

This charming cottage is located in a great neighborhood with an easy walk to the beach. Main living area provided a great place for game night at big family table and has lots of windows providing natural light and a nice view of beautiful neighboring homes. The screened in porch provided another cozy place for games and visiting and early morning coffee. The kitchen is well stocked with all cooking needs. We loved our family getaway here with 3 adult children! Thank you for the wonderful memories in the perfect place!

Great house in a central location on Tybee!

We loved the house and its location! Nicely decorated cottage that has seen some updates. Was perfect for our group. Very well stocked kitchen which is great. Maybe we missed it in the description, but the freezer doesn't have an ice maker. Fortunately, convenience store and an ice dispenser machine are close by! The only negative was the Weber charcoal grill missing the grill grates so we couldn't use it. We would return to this house when on TYB.
