Great Property and Great Location

We rented this property for a girls trip - 5 women over 60 who have been friends for over 50 years. The condo was large and very well appointed. It seemed to have been recently renovated, and the finishes were excellent. We had never been to Tybee Island before, so we chose a location somewhat blindly. However, we could not have chosen better. The condo is centrally located on the island, and it is right on the ocean. It is easy to get to shops and restaurants, but not in the middle of of hustle and bustle. There is a very good beach front bar and restaurant one block away that we visited on several occasions. The beach was very nice and not at all crowded. The only thing that I will point out that some may have a problem with is that the elevator from the parking area opens directly into the unit. That may be mentioned in the listing, but, if it is, I didn't notice it. It was a unique situation for me. It opened into the living area at the front of the condo (basically where the picture of the living area is taken from). The elevator fobs prevent accessing other units. There was some noise from other units that could be heard through the elevator, but it did not interfere with anyone's ability to sleep while we were there. It would not stop me from renting this property again.

Great condo ! Close to beach and access on and off island.

Great experience, but island is half closed in January. Some cleaning recommendations for such a lovely condo would be to clean bath exhaust fans and hidden areas if shower. Otherwise fully stocked and in great condition.

Updated, clean and convenient

The property worked well for us. The management company was great. They were flexible for us and also allowed us to get in early. All around very accommodating. I would book with them again and definitely stay here again. Gorgeous view, parking and elevator were all great.

Amazing Stay

We loved our stay, the hosts were easy to communicate with when I had questions. The location is PERFECT, walking distance to the beach made it easy with my 4yo and 8mo. My husband and I actually walked just over a mile for dinner as well. There isn't anything our group would change. Beautiful condo, everything needed is provided, perfect location, and easy to work with! Cant wait to stay again soon!

Location! Location! Location!

The location of this condo was ideal. The beach and pool are right there and you can easily check out the island or hop on 80 to go into Savannah. Lots to do and tons of yummy food! The condo itself is very nice and comfortable. We had 4 adults and 2 kids with plenty of room. You are not given much as far as essentials (especially with 2 kids)- paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, and only soap bars- so pack those!! Our check in after hours was a little bumpy but once understood what the issues was it was resolved pretty timely. No beach gear at all so pack that too! A little pricey to buy on the island. Would be nice if some things were available or even rented through the company and dropped by when you check in. Difficult some days to rent due to staffing and multiple locations open at the beach.

Stunning

This was the nicest place we’ve found on Tybee island. Just gorgeous and plenty of room for our large group. The bunk beds are in what used to be a large closet off one of the bedrooms so keep that in mind when planning sleeping arrangements.

Perfect location for beach lovers!

Very close to the beach. Just a sandy path to walk to the beach though. The picture of the boardwalk out is for the hotel next door. The pool is nice and has plenty of seating. The condo was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the little ones loved the bunk beds. In condo washer and dryer is very nice to have. Also nice to have a good restaurant on the beach next door. Overall a great stay!

Ocean front condo was beautifully decorated with nice pool. Had to bath my kids in the kitchen sink due to issues with the tub which was inconvenient. Also, cleaning people did not do a thorough job but condo was still nice.

Week at Tybee Island

My family and I loved our stay at this location! The condo is just as beautiful as the pictures suggest. There’s a gorgeous view from the master. The bunk beds are great for the kiddos. And it’s spacious. It’s located within walking distance of some really good restaurants. For future renters: - there’s no spices stored here — even basics like salt and pepper, so be sure to bring that - the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans though - there is a blender and a coffee maker (not a pod coffee maker) Only complaint: - the hot water runs out quickly and does not replenish quickly

Fantastic Stay

Very pleased with this condo. Beautifully renovated with a luxurious, clean, and modern design. Beds and couches were very comfortable! The only thing I didn't like (for safety reasons) was that the elevator went directly into your room.. but besides that it was fantastic.
