Don't let the modern look fool you, my wife and I chose this hotel for a romantic getaway for her birthday but the most romantic part was when we were not in the hotel. When we first arrived (@11pm) the front desk was nice but said that the room I had reserved with a king bed, was marked as "dirty" still. We were optimistic that the house cleaning had simply forgotten to mark the room as clean since the previous residents should have been checked out since 11am. But when we got to the room it still had the previous residents garbage, bed was undone, and dirty towels were all over the bed. We then had to go back down to the front desk to get a new room and the only ones they had available was with 2 queen beds, but at least that one was clean. On the second night the AC controller went dead and the room got uncomfortably hot, their only fix action was to make a note to give to maintenance so they could look into it the next day. And they claim to clean the place with hospital grade disinfectant but there was still mold on the back of the sink. The front desk staff were great though so the issue is not with them. Overall disappointed

We absolutely appreciate your honest feedback regarding your recent visit. While it was a joy having you visit, we would like to sincerely apologize for the missed opportunities on our end. We were in the process of adding fridges to each guest room prior to covid. Unfortunately this project has been placed on hold due to the impact on the hotel industry. Are are excited to continue this project in the future and we hope you are able to visit after it is complete! I'd also like to sincerely apologize for the state of your shower. Though we do have limited staff, this should not impact your experience our our cleanliness standards and I assure you this will be shared with our Housekeeping team. We do hope you will give us another opportunity in the future as we would love to make this up to you!

Beautiful and different looking, but bar had live music that invaded my room and woke up both mornings to a horrible choking burning tire/tar smell. Mini fridge missing, handheld shower didn't work, pathetic restaurant space, and desk staff were rude and dismissive for just a basic receipt request (can’t imagine irritable they would have been if i had told them about loud music, horrible smell, and missing/broken items).

Great place to stay

The hotel staff were excellent. The hotel itself was extremely nice and clean. The food was decent. It is located on the river walk and is minutes away from nearly everything.
