You will love this newly remodeled condo with brand new furniture. It is now ready to welcome its first guest! Situated on the ground level, this unit was built as a handicap unit; therefore, it features wide doorways and a no step entry. With a max capactity of 6 guest, come book this unit and enjoy all that Tuscaloosa has to offer.
The Space: Watercress Condos are a newly remodeled complex just outside of the University of Alabama campus. Step inside the ground floor unit and you'll find a nice kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen island and dining table gives you room for 6 to sit down for a meal together. The open concept kitchen and living room allows you to not miss a play of the game while you prepare your meal in the kitchen! There is an in-unit laundry closet off the kitchen with a stackable washer and dryer. We will supply a starter pack of detergent for your convenience.
