Villa 3 offers a private rooftop terrace, and sits just steps from the Zorba pool and the soft white sands of Tulum Beach. Ideal for families or small groups, it combines style, comfort, and a close connection to the beach and nature.
The main floor features an open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for eight, and a comfortable lounge that flows onto an intimate garden patio furnished with a lounger. Keep the glass doors open to welcome in the sounds of the gentle water cascading in to the property swimming pool and the lively sounds of tropical birds.
All three bedrooms are located upstairs among the greenery and tree canopies. The master suite crowns the top floor with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, outdoor double-headed shower, and a private rooftop terrace—perfect for sunrise yoga or sunset cocktails. Two additional bedrooms occupy the middle level: one with a king bed, and the other with a queen bed plus bunk beds. All bedrooms include private ensuite bathrooms with dreamy custom showers.
As with all Zorba homes, guests enjoy exclusive access to the private beachfront with shade palapas, loungers, poufs, and the guest-only Taco + Breakfast Bar. Villa 3 is a serene retreat in the heart of Tulum Beach—perfect for relaxing, reconnecting, and enjoying paradise together.
