Staff was amazing, the drinks and food mixed with the ambience was next level. Peaceful and pet friendly. Lost my wallet in the middle of the night with about 200 people around and it was turned into security with nothing missing. I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Upon arrival, the service was incredibly friendly from the start. They even dressed room to celebrate my birthday The staff are extremely accommodating. The location is situated near clubs and restaurants. Partial ocean view room was lovely, the daily coffee/tea they bring to your room in the morning is such a nice touch! Breakfast on the beach was amazing. I'd go back again when visiting Tulum

Our stay at Delek was perfect from start to finish. The hotel knew straight away we were in Tulum to celebrate my birthday and went above and beyond to accommodate and celebrate us. We were offered a free room upgrade which was so fabulous however both rooms were equally beautiful and spotless and had the true Tulum feel. The restaurant/beach staff couldn’t have been nicer. The food and drinks were excellent and access to all big clubs/restaurants was so easy, it really is the perfect location. We can’t wait to come back
