Roaches bedbugs reeked of smoke, heat didn’t work outter doors did not lock propped open mud on beds shower drains clogged

Booked using Travelocity. Got to the hotel and asked to check in, the individual behind the desk muttered something about assigning dirty rooms, 3rd parties and i don't understand what else. Then he wrote down a bunch of what looked like room numbers on a napkin and said he'd be back and ran away. About 15 minutes later he showed back up and said he got lucky and found me a room. He told me to drive around the back and go into this other building and the room is in there. Got to the other building and the key card machine was broken and the doors were wide open for anybody to walk through, the hallway floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, and the elevator was broken. I looked around for stairs and fpund some on the other end of a hallway and up 3 flights of stairs i went... disgusting stairs by the way. All the while looking at signs that say if you smoke they'll charge you $250 and they have something called camaras, i may need to see my doctor for pills for that? Maybe a cream? Anyway got to the room and the first bed was half ass made and had cigarette burns in the blanket, and the second seemed ok. Both were supposed to be queen sized but look more like doubles or maybe twin plus to me. I brought my own pillow and blanket Anyway. I went to the toilet before bed and it barely flushes. Whatever, we'll see how the night goes and I'll report back

Nasty hotel, smells like pot and urine. Nats we’re all over the shower and sink and the entire room. Front desk guy was very nice and helped change cable box out in a very timely manner. Toilet would barely flush.

Heater blew cool air. I had to run hot water to get a tiny bit of heat. Called the front desk I was told they have no space heaters or extra blankets. There was mold in the corners of the shower paint flaking off the walls and ceiling. Very rude lady at the front desk. I saw tiny black bugs crawling in the tub. 0 stars at best
