Loved the hotel. But, we arrived into our room and someone had slept in the bed, the trash was not taken out, and we were out of toilet paper. Not sure if the housekeeping just forgot the room, or what. She did come in about 10 minutes after we had notified someone about it. She remade the bed and I told her just to leave the trash. Really need to work on cleanliness in the bathroom. Overall, we had an amazing stay. We loved the balcony and the bed was very comfortable.

Can’t think of anything I liked. What I didn’t like, check-in. They said I reserved 2 rooms. I only reserved 1. Corrected made. Parking garage was under construction so park on street. Since it’s the weekend you won’t have to pay or you can pay in a lot couple blocks away. Had to bring bags thru the restaurant to check in. Room was okay but tv remote did not work, clock was not plugged in, had 2 microwaves, 1 was taking space on desk we used as a table because the table was smaller than an end table, keycards started malfunctioning 2 hours after check-in. Had it reprogrammed at least 4 times on our 2 day stay. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. No hotel info booklet in the room to explain what’s available, area activities, restaurants and/or nite life in downtown Tulsa, tv channels, emergency exits, etc... On our last day we received a call around 6 am regarding a particular employee needing to do something(?). At 8am, I had to feed the parking meter so I wouldn’t get a ticket. And to top all of that, there was no hot water in the hotel. They had to shut down their kitchen. No one from the hotel made us aware of the water situation, we found out the hard way, in the shower! We later learned we were on the floor where employees stay. That’s why the phone rang in our room. After packing up everything to check out at 12 noon, the hotel clerk apologized for the inconvenience but we booked thru 3rd party she couldn’t adjust price. We could check out at 2p instead. YEAH!

We understand how frustrating a renovation project can be and how it impacts our guests and their expectations. Unfortunately, in order to improve the hotel and its parking garage we must make these decisions for a brighter future. We hope you will choose us again in the future once all the renovations are complete

This hotel not only was gross and not well maintained but the hotel staff was HORRIBLE. One manager in particular Amy was rude to us and multiple other families, they have a parking garage that states it’s to be used by hotel guest but she won’t allow anyone to park in there unless your an employee, if someone does let you in she will refuse to open the gate to allow you out. The restaurant is not good at all either. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy

It was somewhat disorganized feeling. Or room cards didn't get activated nat first. No continental breakfast, most places still offer some sort or breakfast included. Not having to pay extra. Having to pay for parking was annoying, since I'm already paying to stay. The overall place needs an update. For a one night stay to lay your head it's fine. The beds were very comfortable.
