Welcome to Catalina Clubhouse, a private retreat in the Tucson foothills where mountain views and city lights set the scene for time together. Set on nearly an acre, this four-bedroom, three-bathroom home balances the quiet of a desert escape with easy access to local dining and shopping. Start slowly over coffee, spend the afternoon outside, and let the day unfold at your own pace.

The outdoor spaces invite a little friendly competition and plenty of downtime. Play pickleball or shoot hoops on the private court, cool off in the pool, or settle into the spa. Loungers, outdoor dining, and a BBQ make it easy to stay outside through dinner, while the fire pit offers a place to gather as the desert sky fades into night. Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee.

Inside, open living spaces and a fully equipped kitchen keep everyone connected, whether you're preparing a meal or settling in for a movie. Three California King bedrooms offer room to recharge, while the double bunk room brings its own entertainment with an air hockey table. A den with a queen sleeper sofa adds flexibility for your group. When you're ready to explore, restaurants and shops are approximately one mile away.

Catalina Clubhouse places you close to Tucson's dining, shopping, and everyday essentials, making it easy to explore, stock up, and settle in.

La Encantada and local dining favorites, including North Italia, Firebirds, RA Sushi, Blanco Cocina, Vivace, Fleming's, and Tavolino, are approximately 1 mile away, or a 5-minute drive.

Groceries and essentials: AJ s Fine Foods (1 mile), Safeway (4 miles), Whole Foods (7 miles)

Around Tucson: University of Arizona (18-minute drive), Downtown Tucson (17-minute drive), Tucson Mall (20-minute drive), Banner University Medical Center (16-minute drive), and Tucson International Airport (30-minute drive)

Drive times vary with traffic. Driveway parking accommodates up to five vehicles.

- PETS - Pets are not permitted.

- EVENTS / RETREATS - Parties and events are not permitted.

- POOL HEATING - The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $100 per night (2-night minimum, consecutive days) and $50 per night for the hot tub (if pool is not heated). For best results, pool heat requests should be made 48 hours in advance. This is a non-refundable fee, should the pool not reach full temperature due to adverse weather conditions, user error, or improper use.

- SECURITY: Exterior security cameras are installed. There are no cameras facing interior spaces or private areas.
