In the complex: reception, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house (mountain road). Parking at the house. Grocery 10 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Oberurmein, Aclas" 50 m, railway station "Thusis" 10 km, bathing lake 500 m. Ski lift, slopes, ski school, children's ski school 100 m, sled run 500 m. small grocery store in 100 m (open during peak seasons winter and summer).
"Maiensäss Superior", 3-room chalet 58 m2, south-east facing position. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating, wood heating. Terrace, south-east facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: safe, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars) at the house. Suitable for families. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Heating wood (as required/extra). Please note: Pets must be registered when booking. Aclas Heinzenberg SA only has a limited number of such pet houses. It was not good at all.

When we try to check out they made us pay for "bed sheets" I take as a trick, tell custmora a price then you suprise them with tricks to have them pay again!! Also the reception is always closed and most if them dont speak English! Got fooled by the pictures.
