It features beautiful pine ceilings, plus large windows and skylights that bring the outdoors in. Overlooking a tranquil green space and a creek, it is the perfect setting for your peaceful mountain vacation.

- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 6 people. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- All reservations are subject to approval by owner after booking is received. Please allow 48hr for confirmation.
- The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the driveway plus 2 in the garage. Parking on the street is not permitted. The garage has low clearance and may not be able to accommodate larger trucks or SUV's.
- This home has smart home security cameras installed on the exterior of the home. Video coverage includes the walkway to the front door area / driveway and the meadow off the back deck. The devices capture video and audio for security purposes. No video or audio is recorded inside the home.
- Access to the NPOA is $10.00 per person, per visit.
- This residence does not have air conditioning.
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm.
- Check-in 4PM/Checkout 10AM
- No Gas, Wood or Charcoal BBQ Grills or Fire Pits allowed per Placer County STR Ordinance. The BBQ is not useable and is locked due to STR Ordinances.

Ski Week Stay

This place was great for a family with plenty of room and common space. The location worked well for the shuttle and provided some respite from the busy mountain and village. Recommended.
