Your Lake Tillery adventure begins at this fantastic 4 bedroom house with loft. Perfect for large groups and families. Two story dock complete with sun deck, slide, diving board, kayaks and paddle board. Just bring your own boat! House has a fully stocked kitchen, 2 very large porches, one screened in. Enjoy ping pong, pool and a fully set up home gym! Great fishing right off the dock. Can boat to two restaurants, nearby sandbar and rope swing.

House has like new appliances, grill, fire pit, and indoor and outdoor eating areas. Over 3500ft of dock, expansive views of the lake and sunsets. House has all linens included, beach towels, pack and play, games and books.

Bedroom 1 (Main level): King bed attached bath with tub and shower.
Bedroom 2 and 3 (Main level): One queen bedroom and one full bedroom with hallway bathtub/shower combo.
Bedroom 4 (Lower level): King bed with hallway bath with shower.
Loft (Upper level): 2 queen beds, one bunk with twin on top, full on bottom, one twin. Half bath attached.

New Tempurpedic and Sealy memory foam mattresses throughout the home.

6 minutes to the Uhwarrie Trailhead. 12 minutes to Stony Mountain Vineyards. 15 minute to town of Albemarle.

VERY steep driveway, could be difficult for guest with mobility issues. Either back down, or there are community parking spaces directly across the street.

All areas of the house will be accessible besides owners garage stall, dock storage, owners watercraft, and locked housekeeping closets.
