Suite is lacking information After receiving check in instructions I became aware this was not a private retreat, I was not renting a private home, the home was definitely occupied on the top floor. We wanted to stay positive about this, but after double checking the description of the property and realizing it never said this is not a private rental, I feel that details are missing. The suite is very nice and has all the amenities you could possibly need. The cleanliness, excellent. Very comfy bed with plenty of pillows. Very nice pots and pans for cooking, bamboo cooking utensils are available. In the suite you will find snacks and some hygiene products incase you forget something. The rental is great but definitely not the privacy I expected especially with PRIVATE being the first word in the description. We were looking for privacy on our weekend trip. If this information was available I would not have rented this unit because privacy was something that was important to us.

10/10 recommend! Very clean! Lots of added details! Hot tub was amazing! Bed was super cozy! Host was great with communication! Would definitely stay here again! We had plans in the Chattanooga area and we liked the location of this property.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Teresa was awesome checking in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The animals on the property, chickens, ducks, cat and dog were an absolute thrill for the grands. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pull out was excellent for the girls. Everything we visited while there was quick and easy to get to from property, Lookout Mtn, Rock City, Zoo and Aquarium.Thank you very much Teresa and Mike!!!

Paradise . We could not have asked for more. The house was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed. There was snacks that everyone enjoyed. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing. Teresa made sure we had everything we needed and was so kind .

Couldn’t Ask for a better place!

We had a great experience from start to finish and couldn’t ask for a better host! Everything was so nice and clean. We truly enjoyed having family time at the pool, playing basketball and making s’mores.

Me, my daughter and my mother wanted to spend a weekend away! This was the perfect place! Clean, private and relaxing I enjoyed going into downtown Chattanooga and then having a retreat away from the town. 100% recommended!

Sweet Suite!

The owners were incredibly nice and accommodating! The place was very clean and organized. The kitchen was well stocked. My children loved the pool and the trampoline! My husband and I enjoyed time in the hot tub after the kiddos went to sleep. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

All the details!

The first thing we saw when we checked in was a welcome board with our name which was so nice to have that personal touch. The suite was clean and well organized but also well stocked! The kitchen had basic condiments in the fridge and seasonings plus a great assortment of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and some snacks. There were thoughtfully provided toiletries, laundry items and a first aid kit. The bed was so comfortable. Pool, hot tub, and basketball goal provided "at home" entertainments eithout having to constantly resort to a screen to occupy the children. We were only about 15-20 minutes away from downtown chatanooga and lookout mountain areas and had a great time exploring during our short spring break trip.

Golden spot

I can’t elaborate how much I loved this place. It was fully stocked with everything we needed after a hike (laundry), and the hot tub was perfect with morning coffee. Super close to Chattanooga but even after going out we wish we would have stayed in to enjoy this beautiful property more. The bed and pillows were luxury feeling and the listing is exactly what is listed. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE ! I will definitely be back !
