Wonderful long weekend at this beautiful cottage. The outdoor garden, paths and river with firepit were spectacular!! We also had a LOT of activities to do in the house, which was perfect for our 1 day of rain. Great host and communication. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our purposes. We were attending a wedding nearby. One of the nights we had 8 people staying over which worked well. The hosts had thought of all of our needs. The food storage and preparation areas were adequate for our needs. Lots of games in the basement to keep us entertained. The hot tub seemed clean, and the instructions to use were clear. The forested property has a stream running through it which was very relaxing. It is secluded, so you need to plan for food and drink options. We had an enjoyable experience and would not hesitate to rent again if the opportunity presented itself. Thank you.

This was our second stay at this beautiful property and we loved it even more! There is such a diverse selection of spaces and activities to enjoy - quiet contemplation in the butterfly garden or by the stream, enjoying the night sky from the hot tub, sitting and talking around the fire, walking through the enchanted forest, and more. The house had everything we needed and the antiques throughout the rooms added to the charm. Natasha replied quickly to all my questions and was always very helpful. Communication leading up to our stay was fantastic; questions were answered promptly and informatively. The check in was easy and smooth, and the house was very clean all around. The house definitely has everything you could need - and the bottled water dispenser was very nice to have. The area is beautiful as well with the paths through the forest and the stream close by. Would definitely recommend to anybody!

Must-Stay For Nature Lovers

What an absolutely beautiful property! Do yourself a favour and take a short hike through the massive backyard. There is a fire pit next to the stream and that whole area is just heavenly. The post is extremely accurate, everything was clean and ready for us, check-in was a breeze, and the host always responded very quickly, and was communicative prior to and during our stay. There is something for everyone at this secluded gem.

Beautiful home in an amazing natural setting

The best rented property we have ever stayed in. Beautiful, very clean, each room is beautifully appointed, the house is surrounded by a forest with a magical water stream running through. We have explored great hiking trails nearby, and one special discovery was a pretty small town Walkworth (6 minutes drive) with cozy restauraunts, shops and a French style bakery! Loved every moment of our stay and considering coming back one day.

Secluded getaway

What a cool experience this VRBO was. Unlike any "cottage" I've ever stayed at. Property has these amazing winding trails that intertwine with the Trent River. Was such a great place to bring family and let them explore nature. The house was great too... Kitchen, beds, showers were all top notch.

Fantastic experience. Communication from host was excellent. Property was lovely, inside and out. Location was ideal: secluded yet close enough to nearby towns to get supplies or explore. Only complaint from family was that we didn’t book for longer. Definitely recommend. This is the perfect getaway.

Great winter getaway

This was our first winter staycation, and it was worth the trip to Warkworth! There was plenty to do indoors, including playing ping pong, pool, one of dozens of great board games, or building a cozy fire. Then outdoors, a charming trail through woodland meanders down toward gushing waters, firepits, and well-placed Muskoka chairs. If you watch quietly, you might even catch a fairy peering out their tiny doors found at the base of some of the trees. I can only imagine how magical this property is during summer!

Great girl’s weekend

The 7 of us had such a great time here! The house accommodated us all very comfortably and was spotless. The kitchen was well appointed, the living room very cosy. The games room downstairs is amazing! The property around the house was fun to explore and the stream is really beautiful. Warkworth is a very cute town to spend a couple of hours in to do some shopping. The hot tub was clean, and fun to have. We all agreed the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Natasha was great with communication. 10/10! We look forward to our return!

Amazing cottage getaway

We had the best time here this summer. The cottage itself was clean, cozy, and very well kept. All amenities were fully stocked and the game room downstairs was packed with everything you needed to have a great time with a group of friends or family. The whole property was a lovely walk and the creek was my absolute favorite part. So so so stunning and a 30 second walk to from the cottage. shops are a short drive away and the drives anywhere are stunning. The owners were so easy to get a hold of and so helpful with anything we needed and. Most definitely will be returning :)

Nature, river, relaxation and everything you need at the house

Our getaway was very peaceful and easy. This rental has a large property with forest trails and a river, several fire pits with lots of walks around the area beyond. There is even a bison and elk ranch up the road. The games room has something for every age kids and grownups. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare any meal. Great new hot tub.
