1 hour south of Paris, an old barn has been renovated into a large, very comfortable gîte, the exposed stone and beams make it a beautiful country house. The house is located in a hamlet, in a quiet area with a clear view of the plain, close owners but independent, enclosed garden. Access by A. 77, 10 km from Montargis, Ferrières, in the heart of Gâtinais with numerous day excursions. GROUND FLOOR: living room, lounge area and open fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with 2 90x190 beds and one bedroom with 1 140x190 bed), bathroom (walk-in shower, sink), separate toilet .

FLOOR: mezzanine area with office, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), bathroom, separate toilet.

OUTSIDE, you will have an enclosed area with private terrace and garden furniture, barbecue, children's swing. Parking your vehicle on the property (access via a gate).

3 adult bikes are available to the owner.

Electricity and heating included. Sheets provided and beds made on arrival. Towels rental at extra cost. Additional cleaning fee, obligatory for companies at €60. No facilities for people with reduced mobility.
