Just a short drive to the beaches and the cute town of Traverse City from this attractive historic farm home renovated for vacation living.
Great downtown Traverse City spot near beaches, hiking, biking, microbrews, and the wine trail.
You'll love this stylish home featuring 4 bedrooms (3 Queens, 1 Full) plus sitting room with a pull-out futon. This home has 1 full and 2 half baths.
We are just 3.5 to downtown Traverse City. For the sports enthusiast we are less than five miles to hiking and biking trails too. For the wine enthusiast, we are close to both Old Mission and Leelanau Wine Trails
The Farm has a large, open living and dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of room for your group to gather, relax and enjoy time together. We have a screened in porch on the front of the home and a deck in the back.
Sitting in our HOT TUB is a great way to enjoy the summer star filled sky! We have a hug fire pit in the back of the yard so the fun will not disturb the guest sleeping inside.
We are in an excellent location in the Traverse; near the beach, the Marina, and all the boutiques and restaurants in town. Near wineries, golf courses, hiking, tennis and biking trails.
Amenities include central A/C, hot tub, cable, Wi-Fi, two TVs, grill, board and yard games, volley ball, tons of parking for boats and cars and laundry for our guests.
The Farm House is a perfect place to enjoy all that Traverse City has to offer in all 4 seasons. We are open in the summer; spring, fall and winter -- come enjoy the hiking trails, golf courses, bike paths and wineries.

Renting an old farmhouse
We were slightly hesitant to rent this property, because at the time there were no reviews to go from. We decided to take a chance and I’m so glad we did. The home itself is comfortably beautiful. Even though it’s off a fairly busy rd the property is deep enough for plenty of privacy. We would definitely rent it again.

Lovely Farmhouse with an abundance of character!
My family and I loved this beautiful home. Every bedroom had its own distinct personality and charm. There was something new to observe on the walls or shelves every time we turned around. The kitchen was supplied with everything you would possibly need. We really enjoyed the back porch and jacuzzi as well. Toni went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and at home. We had a wonderful experience at this Farmhouse.

We stayed here for a long weekend and had a wonderful time! Everything was clean and decorated with a lot of love. So close to downtown Traverse City and actually felt bigger than the pictures. The yard was such a plus because we were able to play games. We’d come back for sure, great communication with Tonie.

A MUST STAY!!
We had a great time staying at this home! You can tell that the owners put time into taking care of this property and making it a welcoming place for guests. Our group loved that we were just right outside of the main downtown area of Traverse City, but everything we wanted and needed was still very convenient. Being able to bring our dogs with us on this trip was an AMAZING bonus and they loved it!! Thank you so much and we will definitely be back :)

Perfect location and lots of space
We had a great time at this farmhouse! It is beautifully decorated and the hot tub was amazing. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and it is so convenient to all the TC activities!!
