Bon accueil, à part deux points voir ci dessous.

Le logement au centre de Tours est correcte.Il y a un parking payant en sous sol à proximité du logement qui est très pratique dans le centre de Tours. Deux remarques négatives à faire: *Procédure d'arrivée et communication avec le gérant immobilier. Concernant la procédure d'arrivage: il faut récupérer les clés chez un partenaire autre que le gérant immobilier, il s'agit d'un café tabac qui se trouve assez éloigné de l'immeuble. Concernant la communication avec le gérant immobilier: les contacts se font uniquement par téléphone. Suite à des problèmes de fonctionnement de la télévision et de la cuisinière, le gérant immobilier a fini par venir sur place, mais seulement le lendemain.

Charmant appartement avec une décoration agréable et bien entretenu. Parfaitement situé dans le centre de Tours et très calme. Je recommande pour tout séjour à Tours !

Le logement est très bien situé, agréable, calme, déco sympa. L'hygiène de la literie n'est pas au rendez-vous : matelas et oreillers tachés, pas d'alèze dans le canapé, alèze tachée dans le lit de la chambre, pas de protège-taies ; en cette période de COVID, ce point est encore plus sensible. Freezer du réfrigérateur encombré de glace, pas de sel ni de liquide de rinçage dans le lave-vaisselle, odeur de gras dans le placard à vaisselle, pas d'égouttoir ni de cuillère à soupe. Dommage pour ces observations négatives, cela aurait pu être parfait.

Excellent séjour

Appartement très lumineux, très calme et très bien placé dans le vieux Tours. Équipement suffisant pour le quotidien de base dans le séjour/cuisine. Chambre et salle de bains très confortables. Le tout assure un vraiment bon séjour.
