Villa Magnifica owes its name to the magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea with the famous Medes Islands (Illes Medes) and the marina of L'Estartit. This magnificent luxury detached villa, with private pool, is only 5 minutes walk from the centre and the port of L'Estartit. 
 
Not only L'Estartit and its beautiful sandy beach are within easy reach, but also several nice towns (with beautiful bays) like Begur, Pals and Peratallada are located within a radius of 20 km!
 
The entrance of Villa Magnifica is reached via a staircase, but also via the garage underneath the house.
 
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with dining area and sliding doors to the large terrace from where you have a fantastic sea view. There is a bathroom with toilet and the open kitchen with all appliances and access to the terrace behind the villa with private pool. Of course, also from this terrace you have a magnificent view of the sea and the lands.
 
Via the stairs downwards you reach 3 double bedrooms (one with private bathroom and one with terrace) and another 2 bathrooms.
 
The whole house is equipped with an air conditioning system.

Herrliche Villa in toller Lage

Wir haben 10 Tage zu sechst (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) in dieser tollen Villa verbracht. Es ist alles genau wie auf den Bildern. Zudem sind die Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit und reagieren extrem schnell. Ein Problem mit der TV-Antenne wurde zum Beispiel noch am selben Tag behoben. Auch ein paar fehlende Küchenutensilien wurden noch am selben Tag geliefert. Die einzigen Verbesserungsvorschläge, die wir noch hätten sind: - Wifi-Stärke im UG müsste verbessert werden - mehr Kaffeebecher bereitstellen (4 Stück ist etwas wenig) - eine Bedienungsanleitung für die Klimaanlage hätte uns geholfen - 1 Hocker für die Bäder, damit die Kinder ans Waschbecken kommen - Handtuchhalter (oberes Bad) und WC-Papierhalter anbringen Wir können diese Unterkunft dennoch uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir haben den Pool auf der windgeschützten Terrasse sehr genossen. Ebenso fanden wir es sehr bequem, in knapp 5 Minuten zu Fuß mitten im Geschehen von L'Estartit zu sein. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt! Vielen Dank!
