The villa consists of a large living room kitchen with direct access to the large panoramic terrace whose view of the lake and the town of Torri del Benaco is literally breathtaking.
A bedroom with double bed, one with two single beds and a bathroom with shower complete the property.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and Wi-Fi and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
There is free public parking in front of the house.

The view is stunning; it couldn't be any better. However, there is a lack of amenities—one towel per person for 8 days without a place to wash them. There is no trash can or dish towel. Noise is a big issue in the morning, especially with beds so close to the road. Bring earplugs.

Der Ausblick auf den See ist wunderschön und perfekt. Parkplatz ist schräg gegenüber, nur der Verkehr stört etwas. Die Ausstattung sollte mal wieder vervollständigt werden.Insgesamt aber sehr empfehlenswert und eine sehr nette und kompetente Agentur.

Tolle Aussicht

Der Check in und Check der Wohnung hat hervorragend funktioniert. Die Aussicht ist genauso wie auf den Bildern.Allerdings als sehr störend empfanden wir den Verkehrslärm von der doch viel befahrenen Straße, die Parkplatzsituation war uns bewusst, wir hatten aber nur einmal das Problem dass der Parkplatz belegt war. Außerdem war bei unserer Buchung noch eine Waschmaschine im Bild und Text zu sehen, diese war jedoch jetzt nicht mehr vorhanden und auch nicht mehr in der Beschreibung. Die Ausstattung hätte besser sein können. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältniss ist unserer Meinung nicht gerechtfertigt. Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub, da wir viel unternommen haben.

Der Ausblick ist phänomenal! Auch Check in und Check out sind sehr gut organisiert. ABER als wir im Ferienhaus (eher Ferienwohnung) ankamen waren wir enttäuscht. Die Wohnung ist schon recht abgewohnt und braucht mal eine Generalüberholung. Die Mängel reichen von einer eingedrückten Steckdose (Küche) über fleckige/dreckige Sofas voller Tierhaare, der Teppich ebenfalls voller Tierhaare, die Schubladen im Kleiderschrank fallen auseinander und können nicht benutzt werden. Das Badfenster lässt sich nicht öffnen. Die Schlafzimmer sind zur Straße raus. Da die Fenster schon recht alt sind und nur einfach verglast ist es sehr laut wenn, besonders nachts, Autos vorbeifahren. Wir haben über 2300 Euro bezahlt und wurden leider enttäuscht.

Lovely place

It is a nice place with a perfect vue. The only problem in our opinion is, that there is no parkering directly with the house. The public parkinglot is 100 meters away and sometimes completted.

Lac de Garde

Très bon emplacement avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le lac. Propre et bien équipée. Un parking à 50 m. Parfait pour un séjour en couple au lac de Garde.

Fantastisk utsikt.

Vi uppskattade att det fanns AC i samtliga rum. Du har egen ingång men delar hus med ägaren, som bor på bottenplan. Vi trodde att vi skulle bo i eget hus då objektet annonserades som "Villa" i rubriken. Vi såg även gräsmatta på bilderna vilket var avgörande för oss då vi hade planerat att ta med vår lilla hund. Vi har inget att klaga på men vattnet rann inte undan i duschen, vilket inte kändes så fräscht. Vi ringde kontaktpersonen som kom omedelbart och hon gjorde en liten rensning i avloppet.

Traumhafter Seeblick

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in einer tollen Wohnung mit einer mega tollen Aussicht. Die Bilder halten was sie versprechen! Alles sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet, super Restaurants um die Ecke. Gino war ein sehr netter Gastgeber und spricht fließend deutsch. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder hier hin.
