Let down by poor maintenance, could be great.

Property is not far away from being really good. Just poor maintenance lets it down. No air conditioning that works so the whole place was damp, lower floors were really damp. Also has a bug, ants and flies problem. To note too this isn’t 3x bedrooms as advertised it’s two with a sofa bed. Not a problem but not clear.

Advertised by Expedia as 3 bedrooms plus sofa bed. There are only two bedrooms plus sofa bed. The apartment needs some tlc. The sofa was dirty and covered in cigarette burns. There was a lot of mould on the walls, windows and bathrooms. Would be an excellent place after a deep clean and spruce up. Communication with property manager was really good.
