HOUSE RULES

DAMAGE DEPOSIT
There is a mandatory 300€ Damage Deposit retention when performing the online check-in. The retention is cancelled a maximum of 72 hours after checkout provided there was no damage to the property and the guests followed the house rules accordingly.

CHECK-IN
- Check-in: After 3:00 PM
- Check-out: Before 10:00 AM
- Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance.

NO SMOKING
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. You may smoke in designated outdoor areas only. Smoking in the property will incur a €200 for cleaning and odor removal treatment.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
The property is located in a quiet residential area. Parties, loud music, or events are not allowed.

QUIET HOURS
Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
The maximum number of guests allowed is as per your booking. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval and will be subject to additional fees.

PETS
No pets allowed

RESPECTED SHARED SPACES
Guests have access to a shared laundry area on the ground floor, equipped with a washer, dryer, and washing materials, free of charge. Please leave the space clean and tidy for others.

KITCHEN USE
We hope you love our kitchen as much as we do. Please make the most of it, but clean up after yourself and return the items to their place after each use.

WASTE DISPOSAL
Please dispose of trash responsibly. You can use the recycling bins provided and follow local waste separation guidelines.

DAMAGE AND BREAKAGES
Please treat the property with care. Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately. Guests will be held responsible for any significant damages caused during their stay.

LOCAL REGULATIONS
Guests are required to comply with all local laws and regulations, including providing valid identification upon check-in.

SECURITY
Please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property.

ADDITIONAL FEES
Lost keys, smoking in the property, excessive cleaning, or damages will result in additional charges.
