This was a great place to stay. It is managed like an air b&b so you don't do the desk check in. You call and then they give you a building code. The key is in the room. The place was very nice. Much better than a hotel. 2 rooms, kitchen, living room, wifi. Close to everything downtown Toronto.

Need to get their act together
Each unit has a unique floor plan. My unit had a million dollar view and college dorm furniture. I called management every day with many issues regarding the condo. The TV never worked and on the 5th day a tech came and said the TV was not activated and he took the TV box with him to repair for a future tenant. The bathroom door on the bathroom of the master bedroom was missing and the window blinds did not close fully on the bedroom window, so the adjacent building could look in on you sitting on the toilet. The sliding door to the balcony did not lock, broken blinds on most of the windows and one broken pull, several light bulbs were out or missing.
Very little instruction was given upon arrival of how to use the key fobs for entry, parking garage entry, and even where to be able stop on the street behind the condo to unload luggage. There is no stopping on the traffic heavy York Street.
FYI the street behind is called Grand Trunk, that is the place to stop and unload. If you call Uber tell them 19 Grand Trunk. Number 19 is the building next door or say Grand Trunk Crescent, which is the drive thru for the 14 York building.
There is a lot of traffic noise from the freeway below if noise bothers you.
Property was not the same as photos shown on Expedia. No toaster, but there was a blender?? No cover on one box spring, no headboard in one room, mattresses very uncomfortable, actually thought I might be sleeping on a box spring. Linens were old and pilly. carpet in bedrooms not vacuumed and very stained. 4 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 3 face cloths for 5 people - requested more - promised but never delivered. Hardwood floors were heaved (like speed bumps) in two areas - actually dangerous to walk on - I had to walk 82 year old mother around in fear that she fall and break a bone, condo should not have been available to rent. Received an apology after checked in but should have been advised before hand and offered another location. Was told by Jackie she would contact management for some compensation but never heard back - what a surprise! Oven was dirty, oven mitts were very old and dirty. No dish cloth, only a very old used sponge. Paper towel holder -no paper towel. All these little things make for a bad experience. Charged $95 cleaning fee - and I had to vacuum floor myself. Only positive was the location of the condo. Name is misleading as no right minded executive would ever stay at this property. Unfortunately when I booked property, it was new to Expedia and there were no reviews. I would recommend that Expedia take this property off their site to save reputation. I called Pelican Executive Stays before my departure to ensure they knew 5 people staying
Despite the fact its location was convenient (ps they are not "at" but "close" by the Rogers Center) and the indoor parking space, this is not an hotel as seen on Expedia), but a poor 1-star B&B. And an overpriced one as well: old Ikea furniture (including bed and mattress), wrinkled bed linens (were not sure they have been washed), various marks, spots and many holes in the wall, bathroom without door, broken vertical store (unable to close). Its seems that the building has a lot of B&B with all the bad inconvenient: noises, traffic, people being sick in corridors and awful smell.
The property has the perfect location, however needs maintenance and cleaning! Towel racks are broken, door is missing in the master bedroom, lamps are dirty, the blinds need maintenance. Toiletries are of the lowest quality, so disappointed!
Our suite wasn't cleaned at all and was in very poor condition, one bedroom had a mattress on the frame and the other bedroom had a boxspring on the frame. There was coffee but no coffee pot?? Overall was not in good condition, dirty walls and carpets, kitchen sink was plugged with old food! Would not recommend or stay again. The only plus was the location.

great price, great location
Best price for the area. A bit run down with broken towel racks and closet doors. Very comfortable space for 3 people. However, on-site staff was impossible to get a hold of.
