I enjoyed staying at this property because you could walk to many attractions such as Roger’s center, CN tower, Easton’s Center and St Lawrence market. Having Tim Hortons and an Italian cafe across the street was very nice as well. Communication was top notch and they were very accommodating Place was clean and enough for 3 people although we didn’t spend much time in there. We were out and about enjoying the city Many homeless people in the area and noisy at night! But they have no control on that! I never felt unsafe walking by myself. I would definitely recommend this property!

Air conditioning was ineffective. We turned temperature down but it wasn’t much cooler after a day. I was uncomfortable sending a picture of DL through email and the accommodated by letting me provide upon arrival. However they took a digital picture with no reassurance about destruction after our stay was over.

Just FYI, this is more of a hotel apartment than a regular hotel, so no lobby or waiting area, and all communication is done via text. We booked a business suite for two families (five adults), but the setup wasn’t super private (one open room without a door) and there was only one bathroom. Because of that, we ended up grabbing another room when we arrived, which added extra cost beyond our budget. On the bright side, the staff was really quick to help us get the extra room, which we appreciated. The location is super convenient, bus stop just a few steps away, lots of restaurants around, and the place was super clean with everything we needed for our 3-night stay. Overall, we enjoyed it and would come back!
