The appliances making the pancakes and waffles were not functioning properly. The pancake machine was inconsistent in making whole pancakes. Sometimes it came out mushy or undercooked. The waffle maker did not have a timer. You had to time it yourself and it too was inconsistent with the results. Other than breakfast, the hotel was excellent.

The room had mold and smelled musty. Changed room allocation many times to see If it would alleviate issue but the rooms all had an issue. The hotel did allow us to cancel our second night, however I would bece to back.

I have stayed here before and the last time the hotel internet was down which meant no TV or wifi. They simply apologized but offered nothing for the inconvenience. Once again this stay the TV channels were very few and none that are popular. The hotel itself is decent, but no real hospitality.

The hotel and room itself were clean. The internet was out on My first night which meant no TV or Wifi available. I asked about it to the staff but they basically said “it is what it is”. No refunds or even credits given for the inconvenience. The windows aren’t very nose reducing as I could hear people talking in the parking and traffic.

Very clean. Pleasant staff. Did not appreciate not receiving a receipt for the $100.00 deposit. Credit card withdrawls require a receipt to be given to the customer, even if to be reimbursed in a couple of days. Unacceptable.
