Overall good experience. Rooms are small but comfortable. The front doors were locked for 2 days which was odd for us to have to use the emergency door. The management refused to honor the crowne plaza special of free parking for CAA plus members. The price of parking was excessive and daily for already paying customers. That was unacceptable in my opinion.

The hotel staff were pleasant and courteous, and the location was very convenient. Overall, our stay was quiet and peaceful and we had no negative experiences. We especially loved the breakfast buffet each morning !!

Our room was cold - heating unit wall mounted and not very well insulated. Also window seals were broken - lots of condensation and ice build up due to the temperature outside. Also, repairs on ceiling were unpleasant to look at while in bed. Aside from that, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom and other furniture were well decorated. The hotel amenities and staff were pleasant.
