The location cannot be beat. Walking distance to pretty much everything we needed and the amenities within the suite were excellent! Rooftop pool and the view were incredible. Worth mentioning, the suite only comes with one key and elevator fob so it was challenging since we were a larger group. So just be aware when booking. Otherwise, would happily stay here again!

Disappointed in the Service/Communication

Communication with the host was difficult. We arrived at the property and we were not registered, I contacted host and received a number to call but the call went to voicemail and the mailbox was full. I contacted host again and received a call from a lady who said that she would help us check in but she said that we were at the wrong address. I argued replying that we were at the address on the booking. We had to move to another address and discovered that we had been moved without our knowledge. The new address was about 1.5 blocks away (not far) but not the address/view/amenities that I booked and paid for. The unit was OK but, again, not what I booked. Also, I opted to pay at the property and there was no option to pay once I arrived and they were still able to charge my credit card??!!

We booked 2x two-bedroom units, they switched out one of our units without telling us, when we complained they offered us $50. They put two air mattresses in the unit for us because of the switch, and one of them was marked "broken". Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Location was good.

The location is amazing with allot of options and walkable. It is definitely better than an hotel option. I was upgraded to two bedroom and I needed one only. I loved the extra space and it gives nice feeling. I wished if I had blackouts at the bed room. But over all it was a nice stay

Everything’s was ok:) It met our needs just fine. Very close to Rogers center so it was awesome that way because we were there for some BlueJays games!! Had a bit of a hard time with personal that represented the apartment but was all settled and everything worked out n the end. Appreciated the fact they let us stay a hour more than check out time without any charge. All together an absolute wonderful trip.

The communication between their team and us was horrible. We waited outside for three hours while they cleaned the room. We weren’t allowed to stay in the lobby, so we were kicked out and left wandering the streets. The rest of the stay was fine, but the poor communication was frustrating, and their mistake ended up becoming our responsibility.

This was by far the best accommodation experience I have ever had. The price was perfect for what we were able to do. The room we stayed it was immaculate I could have asked for better accommodations. I would love to come back in the future for sure.
