Was a brilliant location. Close to shops and Laurel Bank Park. Had a king bed which was extremely comfortable. Map to find our room on the 2nd storey was a bit confusing. Overall, brilliant.

There was no body lotion in the container. Unfortunately no restaurant service on Sunday or Monday morning. Ridiculously small wash basin!!

The rooms at Potters were very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and worked well. Our room was very dark with no aspect outwards at all, but different rooms would vary in light. Our breakfast orders were undercooked and not correct but pleasant enough and it is convenient to offer breakfast to guests. We would stay here again.

We love staying at Potters. The beds are fantastic, the rooms are clean, the staff are so friendly and we have stayed here multiple times - always happy! Oh and the food is fresh, well cooked and delicious! See you next time

We had an Executive King room for our stay. Plenty of room with a nice big comfortable bed. Good bathroom. Staff were very friendly and happy to assist us. Close to Grand Central Shopping Centre and Toowoomba CBD. A good place to stay.
