Clean, soft, comfy bed, plenty of hot water and linens. Nice ambiance with the electric fireplace. Plenty of parking and nice Christmas lights next door. Sally Mae’s Coffee Bar is a must stop.

This is our 2nd time renting this unit, but last time was for 1 night and this time, for Fall Break, we booked for 4 nights with our two kids (10 and 7) our Weiner Dog, Gus. Wendy and her husband are great leading up to and even during our stay, thank you for that. The Property is big enough if you have a trailer with a toy (we brought our CanAm) covered parking if you wish space just outside the front door; tons of room. Extra knick knacks throughout the House that helped, such as a foam cooler and games. House is super cute, clean, but I would suggest no more than 2 adults and 2 kids as it is a smaller unit. We will be back - thanks again!

Wow! This place exceeded our expectations in everyway. From the cleanliness and amenaties to the small bag with Qtips and nail file in the bathroom this place was just like being at home. Oh, forgot to mention the outstanding view from the porch. Last but not least Miss Wendy was quick to answer question and very helpfull. We truly look forward to our next trip.

Fireworks Escape

This was a super clean, nice little home. Every room was well stocked, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was great. Views from the patio were gorgeous and we very much appreciated being able to bring our small dogs to escape the fireworks in the Valley. 5 stars all around and we look forward to staying here again! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The Perfect Little Spot

This smaller unit really packs a great VRBO punch! Clean, tidy, organized - you can tell the Hosts are VRBO professionals and know what they are doing. The home is 100% stocked with everything you need, clean and ready to go. Yes, it is a little smaller and I would not do more than (4) people in this home, but the Hosts make it as comfortable as possible. The dirt road is definitely a smaller, inconspicuous one, but even more reason to rent this spot out. Great work and thank you.

perfect little getaway

We had a family reunion in Tonto Basin and my son and daughter in law stayed in this unit-they loved it as it was just perfect for 2 people and close to everything we needed. We will definitely rent again if the occasion arises.
