Casa Grande is the perfect opportunity to enjoy the charms of nature and all the necessary amenities to disconnect from the city and relax in a peaceful, comfortable, and warm environment. It is a newly built property with beautiful lighting.

The Space:
The property has access to a small stream and a waterfall. It also has an incredible view of the Valle de Bravo lake from its terrace and roof. The property has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. Each room has its own bathroom with a shower, and there is an additional half bathroom for guests. In bedroom 2, we also have two tatamis (bamboo base and individual mat, Japanese beds). Casa Grande has a living room, dining room, bar, kitchen, balcony, and terrace for outdoor gatherings. It also offers WiFi and a workspace for home office. In terms of outdoor amenities, it features a private jacuzzi, sun loungers, fire pit, outdoor heater, smoker, as well as a grill with all the necessary utensils for a barbecue. It offers entertainment options such as a paddle tennis court, basketball hoop, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, as well as various board games such as UNO, Dominoes, Poker, Jenga, Marathon, Scrabble, Loteria, Cubilete, and Dice. It has all the facilities you might need, such as basic bathroom amenities (shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and towels), pool towels, hot water, bedding, extra pillows and blankets, blackout curtains, washer and dryer. The kitchen at Casa Grande is fully equipped with all the basic items such as pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, mugs, salt, and pepper. It also has a refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. It has 24/7 security and a first aid kit.

Guest Access:
The property is located within the NASHUA condominium and has a black gate. We will send you the exact location by Maps 2 days in advance. We recommend that you follow it and contact the person in charge of check-in 30 minutes before your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Casa Grande is located in the Nashua Condominium in Bosques de Avándaro. Just 10 minutes from the house, you will find Avándaro Shopping Center, Avándaro Golf Club, and Monte Alto. About 15 minutes away, there is the Municipal Pier of Valle de Bravo and Velo de Novia Waterfall. Avándaro is one of the most sought-after areas in Valle de Bravo. It is home to luxury spas and international cuisine restaurants. Nearby, you will find the Avándaro Main Square to stroll through the corridors of the street market and buy crafts and Mexican snacks.

Getting Around:
It is recommended to use a car, van, or all-terrain vehicles to get around Valle de Bravo, as there are certain dirt road areas. For short distances, you may also walk or ride a bicycle.
