The breakfast buffet was very good and stocked well. The staff was friendly. My only complaint was the room needed updated. Broken outlet covers and the tub was all busted up. I wondered if water was leaking in the room below.

It’s an older property and that shows but the staff was great, and the rooms were cleaned very well. Breakfast was good. It was affordable and for the price a great deal.

We had booked a 5 night stay here, honestly we checked out after seeing the room. This place looks nothing like on the pictures, frankly it should not be allowed to use the Best Western brand, it is awful, the staff was very nicer and understanding, they have heard this before, this was a massive disappointment.

All staff was great from front desk, to breakfast prep-persons and room cleaning crews. Cleanliness in the form of outside area and parking lot could use attention. We stayed 5 nights and the outside trash near the pool was over flowing all 5 days(I even pushed it down twice) and garbage laying around lot(coffee cup, banana peels). First impressions matter and as good as the staff was, sometimes going the extra mile and taking a general look around and if you see something out of place, take care of it. I must also say, how professional the staff was when a situation arose with a tenants fighting-staff escorted off site.

The room was clean, comfortable, and in very good condition. The free breakfast, which consisted of scrambled eggs, bacon, hash-brown patties, biscuits and gravy, was much better than the mostly high-carb breakfasts other hotels offer. My only quibble was that the staff let the coffee urn run out for too long before making more, but that's a relatively minor drawback. I book here every year because it's the best relatively modestly-priced (so far) hotel within a reasonable distance to the venue of the annual meeting I attend.

Very dated and run-down. Everything was broken. When I unplugged my iPhone, the electrical socket came out of the wall with it. Worst - there was something brown smeared on the bathroom wall. I assumed it was a stain, but when I wiped it with a tissue, it came off. This an awful hotel, and we wouldn’t have stayed if we hadn’t booked with Expedia.
