Our one story historic bungalow home was rehabbed in 2021 and was recently refreshed in 2024. You asked and we answered: new nice variety of cooking supplies for our longer term guests put in use summer 2025.
Enter into the spacious living room w/ new sectional couch (2024). TCL Roku smart TV, light filtering curtains & book shelves.
2nd living/dining/ sleeping room off of garage w/ sleeper sofa & second smart T.V. Newly added Ping Pong Table & accessories. Perfect for pets too, the yard is large and fenced in.
Both of the 2 bedrooms have full sized beds w/ new for summer 2022 memory foam mattresses & comfort bedding.
The primary bedroom has a computer desk so it’s perfect to work from home with speedy wi-fi. Kitchen is full sized and fully equipped there is also a free new washer/dryer on property. The living room boasts a 55' inch Smart TV, Sling TV is included or stream your favorite apps. Late April 2024 we had the couches / carpets & rugs all professionally cleaned.

The house has: living rm w/ tv and sectional couch, 2 bedrooms each with a full sized bed. Bar seating for 4 & the bathroom.
The additional space off of the garage has: a fold out couch, tv, dining table for 4.
It is located within walking distance to the shops/restaurants/bars/coffee & other amenities of downtown Perrysburg. This home features additional use of garage for parking. There is a code box on the garage which is keyed to the same code as the home.
This home is a 10-15 minute drive from attractions such as the Toledo Zoo, Toledo Art Museum, Stranahan Theatre, Glass City Center, etc.
Our home is professionally cleaned after each guest, we try to keep the cleaning costs as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of clean, we never require guests to do dishes/laundry but it is helpful if the outgoing guest starts these since many of our incoming guests ask to check in early.
Because some bookings are back to back, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs. If you need additional time in the home please consider booking an extra day. If our cleaner completes the clean early we do our best to notify the incoming guest that they can check in early.

By booking our home you agree to not smoke anywhere on property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vaping and E-Cig. Furthermore, you understand that if you or any guests are confirmed to have smoked a $250 fee will be imposed.
By booking our home and bringing pets you agree to be a responsible pet owner and follow all local leash laws. You agree to pick up after your pet and understand that a $100 fee will be imposed if it is confirmed that your pet had accidents in the home or was not picked up after. You agree to pay for any pet damages.
Please keep in mind that staying at an VRBO is different than a hotel. The usual nightly rate of this home is around $100, although it can be higher during weekends/holidays. We stand by our home being less costly than a local hotel room while accommodating more people and being pet friendly. We ask that guests be kind when it comes to leaving reviews. VRBO reviews of 4 stars or less can result in the listing getting kicked off of the platform. We are open to honest feedback. Guests are provided with a direct maintenance number should maintenance be needed during a stay. An info sheet is also located at the property near the front door.
Adding or changing the number of guests, pets, or dates is easy to do through the VRBO platform. Information regarding check-in, check-out, access & wifi instructions can be found in the VRBO App under the "trips" section. Since VRBO discourages communication outside of the platform we ask that our personal cell phones are used for emergency purposes only.
