Family orientation and quiet location.

We had an amazing stay at Ken's. Close to stores, and restaurants. The establishment is new and clean. Looks very modern designed. Comfortable bedding. The check in and out was simple too. The place had a washing machine which also dried! Soo, fancyyy! Amazinggg place!

This was the second Ken's Place we stayed at in Tokyo and we were still impressed with its location, CLEANLINESS, and ease with checking in and out. Located in a quiet, safe and upscale neighborhood within walking distance to transportation, Starbucks, 7-Eleven and Lawson. Loved the 2-in-1 washer$dryer! Thank you. Highky recommend this place.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Suitable for 3 Guests We booked this apartment for 3 people (my husband, my daughter, and me) and had problems from the moment we arrived. I had to email them to address the issues and waited a full day for a response. Despite our booking being for 3 guests, the apartment only had 2 towels, not enough pillows, and not enough blankets. No one came during our stay to change or replenish anything. The space itself was extremely small—you could barely move around. The bed was rock-hard, and the sofa bed was just as uncomfortable. There were no proper accommodations for 3 people—only the bare minimum was provided. We stayed for 6 nights (out of 7) and had a horrible experience overall. Will not ever stay here again. I would not recommend this place for anyone expecting comfort, space, or adequate amenities.

This was the best property we stayed in while traveling around the Tokyo area. The space was so clean and felt like a home away from home. There is a grocery store within a short walking distance, a close bus stop, and a moderate walk to a few subway stations. My family will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Excellent, clean and beautifully done rooms. The architect should be awarded as he/she made sure every centimeter of space is perfectly used with the best of best equipment/utility. Highly recommended for 2-3 people per room.
