The tiled pathway to room was slippery, need handrails and non slip mats in certain areas before the infinity pool. Bathrooms need support hand bars. Tired hotel with gardens covered in weeds and no staff anywhere . Unfriendly reception staff who don’t make you feel welcome. Overpriced food which isn’t great quality. The spa benefit isn’t worth it as the prices are so high, (it’s like they added the benefit to the price). They make you feel bad for asking for a beach towel and sometimes don’t have any available. On the whole this hotel feels like it has been great in another time 10 or twenty years ago.
