The house was very nice and check in was seamless. The bedrooms aren’t very big, and can only fit a small bed each. No tv in the bedrooms, but there’s no cable so it doesn’t matter. The internet is great and we were able to work as needed. Evenings were perfect for the fantastic screened back porch. We spent every evening and every morning out there. My only complaint is that I would have preferred to have been informed about the additional pet fee online prior to agreeing to, and paying for the unit, rather than getting a message from the homeowner after I reserved the unit informing me I needed to pay her direct. It was a minimum fee of 50.00 directly to the homeowner, but it seems that should be part of the upfront agreement. That being said, I still recommend this place. The lady has a beautiful home and it’s in a convenient location. She’s also very friendly and easy to deal with.
