Conditions were not up to par. Towel shelf and toilet roll holder were missing. Shower wall behind faucet was sliding back and forth. Smoke alarm and ceiling showed water damage.

Drapes torn and breakfast was lacking. Otherwise nice place to stay for a quick leave the next morning.

We have ordered new drapes and they are being made as we speak. Yes I agree they are old and look bad so we are waiting on the new ones to come in. Our breakfast does need something new and we are trying to improve that also. We appreciate your business and maybe when we see you again all of this will be taken care of. Thanks for your feedback. We do appreciate it because it helps us to better serve our guest.

Noisy

Pros: Price was very reasonable.
Cons: Better insulation from noise in halls.
Crying baby across the hall for about 2 hours--until 11:30 at night! Pizza delivery person knocked loud and long at several doors before finding the right person. Could hear everything that went on in the hall. People talking loud and kids running up and down the halls. I don't know if the problem is with lower price that the people who stay there have no consideration for others or if there is no noise insulation in the rooms.

We appreciate your feedback. However I assure you that our prices's have nothing to do with the wonderful people that we come in contact with on a daily basis. We value all of our guest and their feedback. We will gladly move any of our guest away from any noise if we have a room available so that they can get a good night's rest. Babies cry and people want pizza. lol
