Located in a quiet residential area, the villa is a 20 minute walk from the centre of Puerto del Carmen, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, shops, and the Playa Chica Beach. With spacious and warm interiors, the villa is a comfortable option to spend your holiday. WiFi, pool heating, and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included .
