Prior to booking,I contacted the property manager to ask if there is a safe and was assured that one would be fitted before our arrival. This did not happen and when I contacted the manager on our arrival I got no reply.
The bed linen was not changed during our 14 night holiday.
We knew the location would have significant noise issues but this is not a great problem as we were out walking most of the day but we would have liked some English TV (we don't subscribe to Netflix etc.) so instead of watching a 55" television, we watched on a 6.5" phone.
One unexpected plus point, a welcome pack was provided including water, milk, biscuits and even chocolates.
Sorry but I would not book this property again.

Super vacances à Puerto del Carmen. Appartement proche de la mer et de toute commodité.
Petit cadeau à notre arrivé (bouteille de vin, gâteau...). changement de drap et serviette au bout d'une semaine.
Nous avons eu des coupures d'électricités (ce qui a engendré une diminution de la pression d'eau à chaque coupure) et l'agence a été très réactive, intervention même le dimanche.
Le petite point négative c'est la nuisance sonore du magasin qui est en dessous des chambres et qui ferme à 1h du matin.
La terrasse est très agréable et à l'abri du vent.

very nicely decorated, modern and clean. The location is very good, you are immediately on the strip, unfortunately the apartment is right at an intersection and it can be noisy. Bathroom sometimes smells a bit, but that's probably due to the older house.
