The property is old. The bathroom had a tub that may have been painted or coated and it was peeling. The neighbour showered at the same time I did and I lost all hot water. The breakfast room is tiny and the offerings were not appetizing. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Shower full of black curly hair, soap and box on the ledge in shower, toilet plugged. We requested the toilet be dealt with while we left for supper- came back to a plunger left in the bathroom, but plug up not fixed. Thin blanket and sheets on bed- no extra provided. No mattress pad. Shredded curtains. Disgusting and dirty. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Staff were rude, completely ignores you as you come and go. Grout in shower was cracked and moldy. No water pressure. FREEZING COLD. Window in shower let cold or in. Heater doesn't work. Someone smoking pot down the hall. Three lumpy pillows for a king bed and a thin blanket. Spend the extra money and stay anywhere else!

The toilet seat was stripping and discolored. The toilet was real low. The entire building smells like smoke. Needed ice and there is no ice machine. However thete is ice bucket in the room. The mattress is all stained and holes in the blanket. The light switches are filthy, had to wipe them, before i touched them. The television is old. No cp24 channel. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was basic. Just bagels and cereal.

Needs work

Stayed for 5 nights. Staff was accommodating. Room was small and dated. Bed and pillows need work. It was Difficult to get comfortable. I like to empty out the trash and pile it all into one big pile for the house keepers but when I removed the plastic bag from the bin the bottom of the bin was nasty and needed a good cleaning. Room key kept deactivating or maybe it was the outdoor card readers that was the issue. I’m not sure. I couldn’t tell you how many times I had to go to the front desk to reactivate my key card and even when I did it still didn’t work. Had to haul my stuff furthest left side wing entrance/exit all the way to the front and back multiple times. Other doors? In the middle? They were conveniently “out of order”.
