Room was not clean there was hair fibers all around the floor
There is not glass or whatever to have some drink in it
Apartment if i can call it that way was much smaller around 20 square meters and in description it say more then 30
So the price we pay is totally too big for such a small room with nothing in it
This room is not worth much that 30 euro per night

There were so many problems from the check-in to the last day and never once was any of my messages either written on WhatsApp or through Expedia or my phone calls ever Returned for anything there is absolutely no way to use the kitchen there are no utensils no dishes no pots and pans this is a joke I complained so many times about the noise coming from another apartment where they were blasting music at all hours of the night and not once was I ever contacted by this management company do not rent from this property manager at all
Kundenservice war schrecklich. Ich kam an der Unterkunft an und das Zimmer welches ich gebucht habe war von jemand anderes besetzt. Keiner hat mich Bescheid gegeben. Somit bin ich gegangen und habe das Geld zurückverlangt. Sie wollten es mir nicht geben. Am Telefon waren die sehr unfreundlich und somit bin ich ins Büro gefahren und habe ein Aufstand gemacht. Ich kann garnichts von allem weiterempfehlen.
Das Apartment war nicht bewohnbar. Überall waren Tierhaare und die Möbel waren kaputt. Es haben Stühle gefehlt und es war insgesamt sehr dreckig. Die Matratze hatte Blutflecken. Die Kommunikation war katastrophal man wurde andauernd weitergeleitet zu jemand anderes. Uns wurden weitere Apartments gezeigt die genauso schlimm waren bis man endlich irgendwann 2 Tage später ein akzeptables gefunden hat, weil man sich trotz der Umstände geweigert hat uns das Geld zu erstatten. Nur der Mitarbeiter der uns die Wohnungen gezeigt hat war sehr nett und selbst über den Zustand der Wohnungen schockiert. Nicht bei diesem Gastgeber buchen! Alle Wohnungen sahen gleich schlimm aus ich bezweifle stark dass die übrigen eine Ausnahme bilden!
