Private: beautiful terraced garden, 1'500 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees. Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house, single garage (extra) at the house. Shop 5 km, supermarket 8 km, bus stop 600 m, railway station "Cannes" 17 km, sandy beach 1.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km.
"La Rocade", 4-room house 80 m2. Bright, practical and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed. Exit to the garden. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds and shower/WC. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Villa conforme à l'annonce et à notre attente. La réception hyper chaleureuse avec la dame qui nous remets les clefs avec un beau bouquet de fleurs. Super vue sur la mer, au calme et sur voie privée. Rien à dire sur la propreté et l'état général de la demeure. Je recommande . J. C. P.
