The apartment offers a large, partially covered, hidden roof terrace with seating and loungers, a bedroom with a double bed and satellite TV as well as a cozy living area with a couch, satellite TV and a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The apartment has tiled floors and underfloor heating, electric shutters on all windows and some fly screens.
