All' arrivo accoglienza glaciale...ci dicono che non c' è alcuna camera prenotata a nostro nome...avevo prenotato sei mesi prima con Expedia...poi si accorgono che non era stata segnata la prenotazione e ci danno un appartamento di scorta in fretta e furia... Chiedo per la sauna...mi dicono che bisognava fare la richiesta...hotel 4 stelle???? La camera è sporca, in bagno capelli neri ricci ovunque. Le finestre della camera sono sporche, ho fatto le foto. Camera rumorosa, condizionatore rumorosissimo. Il televisore è inutilizzabile perché il telecomando non funziona 🙈🙈🙈. La piscina almeno quella è ok. Gran finale la mattina dopo: ci rechiamo in sala colazioni alle 9.30, ci attenderemmo un sorriso e un buongiorno dalla "cameriera" che invece ci accoglie con un fragoroso "ALLE 10 SALA COLAZIONE CHIUDERE!!!" ...non ho parole. Durante la mediocre colazione la suddetta non fa altro che buttare rumorosamente stoviglie qua e la'. Anche chi è arrivato dopo di noi in sala colazioni ha subito la stessa accoglienza da caserma.... Check out incolore, manco si sono degnati di guardarmi in faccia. Siete un hotel 4 stelle, siete caldamente invitati a lavorare molto sul personale perché lo sa anche mio nonno che " è il servizio la cosa più importante" altrimenti nel giro di poco tempo chiuderete. For the last fourty years we have regularly visited Bassano to go shopping. This was our first time at Villa Solaris, super staff, super clean and a great room. Selection at breakfast was limited but quality was good. In fourty years, this was definitely the best hotel that we have stayed at, and easy tdo drive in to Bassano. The hotel has private parking, and a small but adequate swimming pool. We will definitely be using this hotel often in the future! Best regards to all - family Warren-Smith
