Villa Mareta (Moraira) is a modern villa with a Mediterranean charm and a perfect location, a 5-minute walk from Les Playetes Beach and the restaurant and entertainment district, and 10 minutes from L'Ampolla Beach. It also has two designated parking spaces. Pets are allowed. Cost: €55.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room with large windows to give easy access to the terrace and the swimming pool. The living room has a large open plan kitchen with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware for a perfect stay. Through a corridor we access to 2 spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes that share a complete bathroom with shower. On the same floor is the laundry room and ironing area.

On the upper floor we find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, dressing room, beautiful sea views and a terrace.

The exterior of the house has its own swimming pool with a large sunbathing area as well as a garden area with olive and cypress trees.

Outside the property there are two allocated parking spaces for vehicles.

Hemos tenido incidencia con el aire acondicionado del salón que no funcionaba, la nevera tenía un bloque de hielo detrás del cajón que impedía enfriar bien y tuvimos que retirar nosotros y las luces de la piscina no funcionaban. Dimos cuenta de todo ello a la inmobiliaria y nos permitió salir unas horas más tarde como detalle. Pero estos fallos no debe permitírselos un alquiler de precio elevado como es el caso.
